A New Season.....

North Carolina is a beautiful state! We love watching the seasons and the changes that come with it. This year as fall draws to a close so too will our season of living here. It is hard to believe it has been almost 19 years. We brought Patrick, who had just turned "1", to live in a new place away from all our family. Then 1 1/2 years later JohnMark arrived. So many of you have been in our lives since then. Several years later the Lord blessed us with Hannah. We have walked a lot of miles together, prayed a lot of prayers and made a lot of memories! To say this move will be 'hard' is in and of itself an understatement! We know that the Lord is calling us to ministry in Debary, Florida and that He will have new blessings for us there. We look forward to all that He has with great excitement. That doesn't make it easy and we covet your prayers during this transition and months to come.

Time is ticking and we are praying we get to spend time with each of you before we leave. Our move date is sometime around the 28th/29th of December. I have been busy getting the kids registered to homeschool and transferring all kinds of things. Hannah and I are looking forward to some special time together. JohnMark is looking forward to going to the community college part-time and taking some online classes as he finishes up his last year of high school.

The silver lining in the process is that we get to live in a condo on Ormond Beach for awhile! So, Hannah will learn math with sea shells and PE will be long walks on the beach. God is far too good to me! As a 'beach lover' I only dreamed of staying on the beach sometime for a week. Only God could have worked out this little surprise. I love when He shows off.

We have grown up here, we have loved, laughed, and cried here. You sweet friends have been and are our extended family. We rejoice and thank God for every moment and memory! We truly have lived a blessed and wonderful life with each of you in it. Our time here may be ending but our friendship will always be an important part of our lives. We know lives are hectic and we get busy and keeping in touch can be difficult. In an effort to stay connected, I have started this blog to keep you informed on our move and new adventures in Florida. Please come visit us!

We love you in the deepest places of our hearts!
Nathan, Sherri, JohnMark & Hannah

Sherri, We wish you much luck and happiness at the beach. The Lord has picked a wonderful spot for you as I know that your heart is at the beach AND it is a great place for visitors. Thank you for creating this blog so we can easily see what you and your beautiful family are up to. We love you, Mark and Josie
